ÇGDER is a non-governmental organization established in Adana, Turkey in 2022.

As Çukurova Next Generation Association, we design socio-economic and cultural development projects with local stakeholders specifically for youth.

For each project, there are many business lines, especially design, budgeting and implementation. You can find out what type of project you want to be involved in as a team by contacting us.

These are projects that target the personal development of young people with the support of many funders.

Every person, institution or organization that participates in the realization of projects is a stakeholder.

Many fund-raising organizations, especially ALTERNATIVE FUND RATING and APPLICATION RESOURCES, carry out fundraising activities.

Call calendars published by many funders are followed, projects that have already been created as drafts are detailed and budgeted. If the bureaucratic application processes are followed and the application is approved, the project is carried out.

The most important factor in the realization of all projects is the right planning. Another essential requirement in projects is accountability and sustainability.

It is necessary to analyze the need that needs to be met without waiting for the calls of the funding institutions. Questions such as “why do I want this, what good will such a job do to whom” should contain satisfactory answers.
